One of the best times to visit Kenya is from July to September, during the country’s dry season, which also coincides with the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebra.
The rainy seasons are also good times to travel, as there are fewer visitors and you can admire the striking emerald vegetation. December in particular is a great time to travel to Kenya, since the rains are short and you have the chance to see newborn animals and migratory bird species. Only the peak of the ‘long rains’ in March, April and May are very wet.

Early in the morning at 8.30am, you are received by our representative at your preferred hotel and after a short introduction and briefing, have a morning transfer to Tarangire with picnic lunch. On arrival you will explore Tarangire Park which derives its name from the Tarangire River that traverses within the park. The park gives support to many types of animals especially during the dry season when animals migrate from the dry lands in search of greener pastures. Animals easy to spot include wildebeest, zebra, eland, elephant, buffalo, hartebeest and others. After the game drives, you will be transferred to the camp for dinner and rest.

Early breakfast followed by departure to the Great Serengeti carrying picnic lunches with you. On arrival, you will explore the Great Serengeti which is home to Africa’s big five (elephant, rhino, lion, leopard & buffalo) and is also home to millions of other animals which include browsers, predators, reptiles and birds. The annual wildebeest migration commences in June when over 1 million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle head into the Masai Mara plains in search of better pasture. These animals are followed closely by the predators of the savannah (lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena, vultures and others). As the sun sets you are driven to the camp for overnight.

Have a full day exploring Serengeti in the company of your knowledgeable tour driver / guide who will drive you at a leisurely pace to allow you to watch animals, take photos and enjoy nature. Have picnic lunch during the game drives and afterwards in the evening, return to camp for overnight.

Early breakfast is followed by check out from the camp with picnic lunch and enjoy a final game drive within Serengeti to see the park one last time and also look for animals that you have missed the previous day. Afterwards drive to Ngorongoro Crater arriving in the early evening for check in and rest at the campsite.

Early breakfast is followed by check out from camp with packed picnic lunch to eat during the crater tour. Descend to the crater to see the breath-taking huge caldera which is home to Tanzania’s only remaining black rhino population. Other animals which are easy to spot include hippo, elephant, gazelle antelope, flamingo and other water birds. After the crater tour, you will ascend back to the crater rim for transfer to Arusha arriving in the evening for dinner and rest.

Early breakfast is followed by check out from the hotel for a transfer to the shuttle bus station for a transfer to Namanga Border. After immigration, you will be met by our driver who will escort you to the vehicle and drive you to Amboseli Park. The driver will have your picnic lunch and so you will immediately start exploring the park, taking photos and enjoying the scenery. The driver will drive you at a leisurely pace as you stop often to enable you watch animals, take pictures and enjoy bird watching. The game drive ends up in the evening at your camp where dinner is served.

Early breakfast then depart from the camp for a rewarding morning game drive within the beautiful park for a chance to see the park in the morning, with the backdrop of Mt Kilimanjaro in the distance. The driver will drive you at a leisurely pace as you stop often to enable you watch animals, take pictures and enjoy bird watching. Afterwards return to the camp for lunch and relaxation then another game drive till sunset.

After breakfast you will check out of the camp and drive at leisure to Nairobi. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check in and hot lunch, then later on, depart for a tour of the city which drives you around to see the city and its attractions. You can also do some shopping on this day. After the tour, you are driven back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.r

The driver meets you at your hotel at 8.00am for a morning departure to Masai Mara. You may stop shortly for scenery viewing at the scenic Great Rift Valley view point for a view of the escarpment and a photo session. Proceed to Narok Town where you will have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards proceed to the camp for check in before you enter the park for an evening game drive between 3.30pm and 4.00pm. This gives you an opportunity to spot the big five animals as well as many other animals which include cheetah, hyena, giraffe, warthog, gazelle, wildebeest and others. As the sun sets, you are driven back to the camp rest and dinner.

Spend the day in Masai Mara in the company of your guide enjoying game drives and exploring the marvellous and extensive Mara Reserve looking for animals and taking photographs. The driver will drive you at a leisurely pace as you stop often to enable you watch animals, take pictures and enjoy bird watching. Drive to the river where you will see the huge Nile crocodile and also large pods of hippo at the hippo pool. After the game drives, you will be transferred back to the lodge for dinner and rest.

Early breakfast is followed by a final morning game drive in Masai Mara to see the park one last time before departure; as well as also spot some early risers; after morning game drive, exit the park for a drive to Lake Nakuru with a lunch stop at Narok town. Arrive at Lake Nakuru in the early evening and transfer to your hotel for rest as you wait for dinner to be served. If time allows, your driver can pass through Lake Naivasha where you can see the lake as well as enjoy a boat ride if you like (optional at extra cost).

Early breakfast is followed by check out from the hotel, carrying picnic lunch; you will then enter the park for a morning game drive. Lake Nakuru is very scenic in the morning and is one of the well established rhino sanctuaries in East Africa. Animals and birds that are easy to spot include pelican, stork, white rhino, buffalo, giraffe, warthog and others. The number of flamingos in the Lake has significantly reduced due to high water levels as a result of heavy rains. However, the park still has still maintained its natural beauty because it is home to many animal species and one of the best parks to spot the leopard hunting. Have picnic lunch within the park as you enjoy game viewing. After the game drives, you will exit from the park and drive back to Nairobi arriving in the evening for transfer to your preferred location in Nairobi.
